Sound and Somatic Therapy FAQ
What is sound bathing?
Chakra sound bathing is a healing practice that uses sound vibrations, often from crystal singing bowls or other harmonic instruments, specifically tuned to the body’s seven main chakras. This practice aims to balance energy flow, release emotional blockages, and restore harmony within the body, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
What is fascial release therapy?
Fascial release is a therapeutic technique that targets the body’s soft connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate tension, release blocked energy, and address stored emotions. By applying gentle, sustained pressure to areas of restriction, it helps restore natural movement patterns, relieve pain, and support emotional and physical well-being.
How should I prepare?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. Bring water to stay hydrated and two pillows for added comfort during your healing session.
How long is a session?
One session is 30 minutes and is designed as a private, individualized experience to maximize your comfort and healing.
What can I expect during the session?
During your session, you will experience sound vibrations designed to align your chakras and gentle fascial release techniques to relieve tension and unblock energy and stored emotions. The environment will be calm, soothing, and focused on your well-being.
Is there any reason I shouldn't participate?
Sound & Somatic Therapy is generally safe for most individuals. However, if you have a medical condition such as sound sensitivity, recent surgery, or severe chronic pain, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking.
