Belly & Womb Flow Session

The Belly & Womb Flow session is an integrative healing experience designed to assess and gently correct misalignments in your core and sacred womb space. This session includes a diastasis recti check, locating and gently recentering the uterus (if needed), hands-on belly fascial release to free stored tension, trauma, and emotions, and holding the bones to stabilize the pelvic bowl. Rooted in indigenous womb wisdom and modern bodywork, this is a space to restore your flow — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Designed for women navigating the transitions of postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, this session supports you in reconnecting to your belly, aligning your womb, and releasing stored trauma, tension, or grief held in the tissues of your core.

Whether you've just given birth, have grown children, or are entering a new phase of womanhood — this session is a safe and sacred space to heal, recalibrate, and reclaim your body.
