1. What is included in the Online Group Fitness Class Pass?

  • Unlimited Classes: Gain unlimited access to a variety of expert-led online classes offered throughout the month,  which will be held three times per week with health.
  • Strengthen, Sculpt, and Slim: Attend classes designed to  build muscles throughout the body, strengthen your core to better support your spine, and target those stubborn fat areas.
  • Live and Interactive: Connect with an experienced fitness practitioner in real time. Ask questions and get feedback.
  • Community Support: Join a vibrant community of like-minded women on a similar wellness journey.

  • 2. How often are the classes held?
    Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7-7:30am EST.

    3. Do I need any prior experience to join these classes?
    No prior experience is required! Our classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels.

    4. What equipment do I need?
    You need a comfortable space, a yoga mat, and access to a device with Zoom installed. Sometimes you may need resistance loop bands, dumbbells, and a stability ball. Also, have your water bottle closeby!

    5. Can I cancel my subscription?
    There is no subscription. You pay each month as you go. Your monthly pass remains active until the following month.

    6. Will recordings be available if I miss a live session?
    No, live sessions will not be recorded at this time.

    7. Is this suitable for people with specific health conditions?
    Our practices are designed to be gentle and adaptable, but if you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating.

    8. How do I access the live classes?
    After signing up, you’ll receive a Zoom link for each session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join.
