1. Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for postpartum mothers and anyone interested in healing and strengthening their core, particularly if experiencing abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti).
2. Do I need prior experience in fitness?
No prior experience is necessary. The workshop is beginner-friendly and designed to guide you step-by-step.
3. What should I bring to the workshop?
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable workout clothing (avoid one-piece outfits). All other materials, including belly bands and a guidebook, will be provided.
4. Will there be breaks during the workshop?
Yes, there will be scheduled breaks to ensure your comfort throughout the workshop.
5. Will I need any special equipment beyond what’s provided?
No additional equipment is required beyond what’s included in the workshop package and the yoga mat you bring.
6. Will this workshop be covered by health insurance or HSA/FSA?
You may want to check with your health insurance provider or HSA/FSA account to see if this workshop qualifies under wellness or therapeutic programs.
7. Do you offer a payment plan for the workshop?
This workshop is a meaningful investment in your healing journey, designed to provide lasting benefits for your health and wellness. Full payment upfront ensures we can focus entirely on delivering the highest-quality experience and resources for your success.
8. What is the cancellation, reschedule and refund policy?
Workshops will not be canceled but may be rescheduled do due extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. There are no refunds as all sales are final.
9. How do I access the Online Video Portal?
An access code and instructions will be emailed to you after completing the registration process. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the email.
10. Is this suitable for people with specific health conditions?
Our practices are designed to be gentle and adaptable, but if you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating.

By consistently completing the daily exercises covered in the workshop and outlined in the guidebook, engaging your core throughout the day, maintaining proper posture, and wearing your belly bands, you can expect the following:
