Liability Waiver and Consent for Fit Tribe Wellness Online Group Fitness Classes

By accessing Fit Tribe Wellness services or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us via email, our website, or social media platforms. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically meet any legal requirements for written communication.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
By participating in online group fitness classes or programs (“Programs”) offered by Fit Tribe Wellness, I agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in the Programs involves inherent risks, including the potential for serious physical injury or health complications. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

    • Intensive physical activity or exertion.
    • Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
    • Improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
    • Slipping or falling during exercises.

    I fully accept and assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participating in these Programs.

  2. Medical Clearance: I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before starting any fitness program. I affirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition or injury that would prevent my participation in the Programs.

  3. Release of Liability: I, for myself and my heirs, successors, executors, and administrators, release and agree not to hold Fit Tribe Wellness, its affiliates, instructors, or representatives liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from my participation in the Programs.

  4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fit Tribe Wellness, its affiliates, instructors, and representatives from any claims or demands made by others arising out of my participation in the Programs.

  5. Personal Responsibility: I agree to inform Fit Tribe Wellness instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries prior to participating and as such information becomes relevant.

  6. Media Consent: I understand that Fit Tribe Wellness may record or photograph sessions for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. By participating, I consent to the use of my likeness in these materials, which may be published online or on social media.

I have read and fully understand the terms of this Liability Waiver and Consent. By participating in Fit Tribe Wellness Online Group Fitness Classes, I voluntarily agree to these terms.
